Delivering the Best for Every Birth.
SAFE BIRTH IS A HUMAN RIGHT!
The maternity journey from pregnancy to birth and postpartum can be the happiest, most exciting time for a woman, but it can also be the scariest.
Although the US is one of the wealthiest and most technologically advanced countries in the world, it has the highest maternal mortality rate.
It's especially dangerous for black women, who are 3 - 4 times more likely to die than white women, regardless of income or education level.
Black women in the US die from pregnancy-related complications at more than 3 - 4 times the rate of white women.
The maternal mortality rate in the US is 10x higher than in other high-income countries.
Almost half of new moms describe their birth experience as “traumatic.”
